About

We all have the capacity to grow and face the challenges in our lives

I specialize in managing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors effectively. I work from a non-judgmental and strengths based perspective. I believe you’re doing the best you can at this moment and then work with you to build towards making change in your life to reach your goals. I believe that we all have the capacity to change and grow and face the challenges in our lives. I work with adults and adolescents who struggle with life stressors or with major mental illness. I also have experience working with couples and families. I focus mostly on helping clients address and resolve issues that are disrupting a satisfying personal and/or family life. My therapeutic approach includes a collaborative patient-therapist relationship, which emphasizes the client’s strengths and insights and is often based upon a balance of hard work and humor.
